From Kodi go into knewc (NextPVR) addon 2.7.4ģ. Going back in and playing from the start is better but then catchign up to within 3o secs or so jumps out?ġ. Going back in and resuming does the same. Whilst it plays "Live TV" shows just fine, if I try to watch shows that are in-progress recordins it invariably plays a few seconds then jumps out.

I am running Kodi 18.4 on a Sony Bravia Android TV with nextPVR as a backend and a NextPVR add-on (knewc) as the client. Please move the post if considered it belongs in a different sub-forum. I originally posted this on the NextPVR forum but I have been advised as it is related to Kodi not being able to play a growing file from the filesystem, that would be a Kodi forum request and that it is not even PVR related.

Now, this is the funny thing - I can add that folder above to the Movies section of KODI and choose 'Movies' as the type of media and they get added to the Movie collection in KODI. None of the shows are showing up in TV though in KODI. H:\MyMovies\TVShows\Show Name\Season 1\ISO Files for all disks of that season. Most of the TV Shows are in ISO format as well and the folder structure is similar to the following However, when I go into TV shows and try to follow the same exact pattern, none of the TV Shows show up. I then went into KODI and following some instructions from the different threads on this site, I managed to add all of the MyMovie collection of Movies to the KODI movie section - using the local info scraper option. I have turned on the XMBC/KODI NFO generation in MyMovies, I have cleared and regenerated the metadata info. My current WMC setup is that the MyMovies 'applet' for WMC shows up with separate entries for 'MyMovies', 'TV Shows' and then I have a separate 'videos' section setup using WMC library that is completely separate from the MyMovies collections.įor the most part, I have ripped the movies in the MyMovies collection (and TV shows) to ISO's and have them in separate folders.
